Bowling is always fun, but bowling for a cause tends to give the whole experience a little more meaning. All March long at Novi Bowl, located at 21700 Novi Road in Novi, there are fundraising events going on to raise money for various causes. Some upcoming charitable events include:
Bowling Fundraiser for the Barbara Tasker Transplant Assistance Fund
Since the age of 17, Barbara Tasker has lived with kidney disease and the time has now come for a transplant. In an effort to offer support, her family and friends are getting together for a fun afternoon of bowling. All the proceeds will go to Barb to help with surgery and recovery expenses.
The event will run from 1-4 pm on Sunday, March 2. The cost is $20 per person and for that 20 bucks, you will get two games of bowling, shoes, and two slices of pizza. There will also be a 50/50 raffle and auctions for the chance to win cash and great prizes.
Registration for the event can be completed by sending a check to:
PO Box 703415, Plymouth MI 48170
